I understand FlexPay is a payment option to help budget my qualifying purchase on CelebrityAuthentics.com by charging the total amount due in three separate monthly payments. By accepting the following terms and conditions, my credit card will be charged approximately the same day every month from the date of my original purchase (for example, if the first payment is taken on the 10th of the month, all subsequent payments will be charged approximately on 10th of the month). First payment will be charged at the time of placing an order for an In-Stock item. If the item is under Pre-Order, a nominal non-refundable deposit may be charged at the time of placing your order (monthly billing would begin when the item/s is within thirty days of scheduled shipment). The non-refundable dollar amount will be clearly indicated on the product page and will be charged at the time of placing your Pre-Order. If the item is a Pre-Order under Auto Charge, you will be charged your first installment payment (rather than a deposit).
I understand payments cannot be postponed and bill dates for scheduled payments can not be changed. Celebrity Authentics does not charge any finance charges, and the price of the item is the same if you purchase it outright or participate in the Celebrity Authentics FlexPay program. Due to the limited and unique nature of the product, refund in part or whole of any amounts paid will not occur. In the event I experience an issue that prevents me from making a scheduled payment, Celebrity Authentics will attempt to work with me to reasonably accommodate a revised payment date. Items will be shipped once in stock and final payment is received, including any applicable shipping fees or taxes.
I may pay off my total due at any time and all purchases require payment in full. If my account becomes delinquent, has an overdue balance or is not otherwise in good standing, I will not be able to enroll additional items/orders into the FlexPay service. Failure to make payment in full after additional grace period of 21 days, will result in loss of funds paid and suspension of your Celebrity Authentics online account. Chargebacks received from credit card companies submitted on behalf of the holder will be provided a copy of the Agreement Acknowledged, Accepted and Entered into, resulting in the dismissal of chargeback dispute. Accounts with submitted charge backs will be temporarily disabled while charge disputes are being resolved.
Delays in shipment may possibly result due to talent schedule or manufacturing delays. In the event my order cannot ship within eighteen months of my order date, I may request a refund in full for amount paid on my order. Refund to be processed by Celebrity Authentics, LLC within 30 days of written request from customer.

You can simply log into your account and update your credit card, address and other customer information at any time.
Can I change or postpone my bill date?Unfortunately payments cannot be postponed. The bill date for your payments can not be changed.
Are there any finance charges for participation in the FlexPay program?Celebrity Authentics does not charge any finance charges, and the price of the item is the same if you purchase it outright or participate in the Celebrity Authentics FlexPay program.
What if I change my mind and no longer want the item? Can I get a refund?No, due to the limited and unique nature of our product, we do not refund amounts paid. In the event you experience an issue that prevents you from making payment, we will attempt to work with you to reasonably accommodate.
What happens when my item is paid in full?Once final payment is received, including any applicable shipping fees or taxes, all in stock items typically ship within 48 hours.
Can I pay off my total due in advance to expedite the shipping of my order?Yes, at any time you may log into your account and make either partial or full payment on any of your FlexPay orders.
Can I cancel my FlexPay account before my order is completed and paid in full?No. You may pay off the total due at any time and end the FlexPay agreement but all purchases require payment in full.
