Rhona Mitra

A British actress and model, born in Paddington, London, England. Part of the Tomb Raider gaming culture, Mitra is the first actress to serve as an original model for Eidos Interactive's Lara Croft, the heroine of the popular video game. Exposure to American audiences came when she was cast in the recurring role of Holly Beggins, on the television series Party of Five. Mitra starred in the lead role of Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair, and went on to star in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja. Her list of accomplishments also include Sweet Home Alabama, Spartacus and Shooter as well as television rolls on The Practice, Boston Legal and Nip/Tuck.
