Jake Lloyd

An American actor who gained international fame when he was chosen at age 10 by George Lucas to play the young Anakin Skywalker, a slave boy who gains his freedom to begin training as a Jedi knight, a mythic warrior and guardian, in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Born in Fort Collins, Colorado. His sister Madison Lloyd portrayed an unnamed Naboo child in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Lloyd graduated from Carmel High School in Indiana and is currently attending Columbia College Chicago as a film and video major.
