Eli Wallach

One of Hollywood's finest character / method actors. An American BAFTA-, Tony Award- and Emmy Award-winning and Golden Globe-nominated film, TV and stage actor, who gained fame in the late 1950s. One of his most famous roles is that of Tuco in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. He play the character of Mr. Freeze on "Batman" (1966). He once said that he has received more fan mail for that role than for any other role he has ever done. Born in Brooklyn, New York, the only Jewish family in a predominantly Italian neighborhood. Gained his first method / dramatic training with the Actors Studio and the Neighbourhood Playhouse. In 2005, Wallach released his autobiography, "The Good, The Bad And Me: In My Anecdotage".
