David Wenham

An Australian actor who has appeared in movies, television series and theatre productions. His success on the stages of his native Australia eventually led him to international success. He is perhaps best known in Hollywood for his roles as Faramir in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, Moulin Rouge, Carl in Van Helsing and Dilios in 300. His character, Dilios, narrated and appeared in the movie 300. Born in Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia, he studied acting at Theatre Nepean in Sydney, Australia.
