All shipments within the Continental 48 states will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground, and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipment. For even faster delivery, we offer UPS Three Day, UPS Two Day and UPS Next Day Service. All shipping rates are calculated automatically by UPS on each order. Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box address and we must have a physical street address for shipment. You will automatically receive via email a UPS Tracking Number with estimated arrival date.
*All International orders including APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii will be made via USPS.
*Shipments outside the USA may be subject to duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.
*Pennsylvania deliveries are subject to state sales tax and will be charged the applicable PA state tax rate.
Each item is carefully packaged to help ensure its perfect arrival to you. In the event that your package arrives damaged please contact our Customer Service Department at 570-223-8581 within 3 days of receipt to file a damage claim. You will need to hold on to all original packaging materials and box for UPS pickup and inspection. We will make every effort to promptly replace your item. In the event the item is sold out a refund of the full amount will be made.
All sales are final. In the event a return must be made due to damage, please carefully follow these return instructions:
1. Please contact Celebrity Authentics Customer Service Department at 570-223-8581 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Item must be returned to and received within 30 days of your order date. Any items received after 30 days will be returned to you.
3. In order to receive credit, we require that you:
· Return ship merchandise in original carton and packaging.
· Mark the shipping carton CLEARLY with the RA number.
· Include the Certificate of Authenticity with the returned item.
· NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE MISSING.
· We will refund shipping charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
4. Return the package to us via insured USPS.
